Foot Reflexology is an ancient form of Massage that has been used for more than 3,000 years to stimulate the body's internal organs as well as blood and lymph circulation. It is a non-invasive health technique that recognizes that parts of the body such as the feet, reflect the whole body.


What makes Thai Foot Reflexology different from that of Traditional Foot Reflexology is the unique use of the re-useable wooden tool - this greatly helps to decrease stress on thumbs and other joints while performing the treatment on clients.


What you will learn in this course:

  • How to stimulate 58-Reflex Zones, using a wooden massage tool, along with using flat knuckle slides on the plantar, medial & lateral sides of the foot, as well as the toes. This is combined with thumb slides on the dorsal surface of the foot.
  • The work on the Reflex Zones will be combined with 31-cream based massage techniques using hands, palms and fingers to relax lower legs and massage feet & ankles.
  • Learn how to perform a 60-min. Traditional Thai Foot Reflexology & Massage treatment in a step-by-step manner, using a picture workbook.
  • This treatment may be performed on a massage table, in a chair, or bed or on the floor mat.

Livestreaming Online Course details:

  • Livestreaming Online Students: We use Zoom Media for the day, from 9:30AM - 5:30PM BC Time Zone.
  • Workbook + Reflexology Stick will be mailed prior to training event.
  • A Foot Model is nice to have, but not necessary. If you can get a friend or family member to sit and have you practice on them, we suggest having someone available between 11AM - 12PM or 12:30 AND/OR 2-3 or 3:30PM
  • Online students will have unlimited 120-day video On-Demand Access to a practice Zoom video recordings of the actual training event.
  • Certificates of Completion for Livestreaming students are mailed immediately after they have virtually attended 100% of the course. If 100% attendance is not possible, it is OK for the student to finish studying the course at their own pace with recorded Zoom Videos of the event and in this case, a 1-hour Zoom Private Evaluation Meeting with the Instructor must be arranged before a Certificate is issued and sent in the mail.

This Table-based Course is perfect for students who are looking to explore what Thai Massage is all about!


This course gives you a little bit of what is learned from both the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Module 1 & Module 2 Mat-based courses and explores Thai Massage sequences and yogic like stretches with the recipient in the Supine, Prone & Side Lying Positions. If you are limited for space in your studio/massage clinic, or cannot get down on a mat to work comfortably on a client, then this course is for you! What you will learn in this course:


• Explore the healing potential of Thai Massage! This 2,500 year old healing wisdom incorporates the use of 'Metta' that is taken from the Buddhist philosophy of imparting loving kindness on all beings and is often referred to as the Lazy Person's Yoga. Recent research has found Thai Massage to have positive health benefits to easing low back pain, enhancing flexibility, lowering blood pressure and opening up the internal energy flow of the body to increase overall health.


• Learn a combination of Northern and Southern style Thai Massage and Passive Thai Yoga Stretches, as it can be applied on the Massage Table - the Practitioner has the option to either stay on the floor, or to move up and on/off the Table. Many possibilities will be explored.


• Learn 10-Reflexology points for the feet, how to work 3-major 'Sen Energy Lines' of legs and arms, Thai Yoga stretches for hip flexors, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, shoulders, triceps, chest, plus R.O.M. for hips and spine.


• Learn a 60 - 90 min. full body Thai Massage sequence to include massage for back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, face, scalp and the entire lower body.


• All students will be sent a reading assignment in advance of the course.


What is included in the Livestreaming course:

• Workbook with pictures and step-by-step abbreviations for all Thai Yoga Massage sequences.

Pre-class YouTube video on the topic of 'Sen Energy Lines' and how to work them.

• Unlimited 90-day Video On-Demand Access to the Zoom recordings of the recorded training event.

How does the Livestreaming Online Course work?






  • If you are participating in a Livestreaming Event, you would plan to attend the course virtually in real time, using Zoom Media. At the time of your registration, please indicate that you wish to attend on the specified dates of the scheduled course. You will need to set the date(s) and time aside, just as though you were to attend in-person. Each event will indicate which Time Zone it is, so that if you are in another Province, you may adjust the time accordingly.

  • Upon registration for a Livestreaming Event, you will be sent an email to confirm the time and dates. You will also be sent the Zoom Meeting Links, which will be used to click on to sign in and access the Live Meeting the day(s) of the course.

  • If you are not currently a member of Zoom Media, you can create an account for Free. Click here to register as a new Zoom User for Free.

  • It would be ideal to make arrangements to have 1 or more body models scheduled into the day(s) of training, so that you can practice in real time, along with the rest of the class. You don't need to have someone for the entire day(s) - aim to have someone for a while in the morning (after 10:30AM) and then again in the afternoon, after the lunchbreak at 1:30PM or later. When no body model is available, it is OK for students to simply observe and make notes.

  • Students will be able to participate in questions throughout the day(s), as well as have technique checks by the Instructor - just like attending the event in-person.

  • Certificates of Completion: Livestreaming students are eligible for a Certificate of Completion after they have virtually attended 100% of the course. If 100% attendance is not possible, it is OK for the student to finish studying the course at their own pace with recorded Zoom Videos of the event - this will require a 1-hour Zoom Private Evaluation Meeting with the Instructor, before a Certificate is issued and sent in the mail.
